Delicious beef! We have picked up our beef at the stock farm and have seen the great conditions for the cows and clean work area. The beef is packaged in those air-tight individual wraps so there is never any freezer burn. We have been buying our beef from Hay Creek for several years and we would not consider buying from anywhere else.
